הַשַּׁבָּת

In addition to the 7th day Sabbath, there are about 7 different sabbath days in the Law of Moses, including the Pentecostal Sunday Sabbath.

THE SABBATH OF JESUS AND THOSE OF MOSES IN THE JEWISH BIBLE OR OLD TESTAMENT

And Moses proclaimed the appointed feasts of Jehovah to the sons of Israel. Leviticus 23:44 LITV

Who, besides Moses, is authorized to proclaim other feasts of Jehovah? Not even a Prophet because God did not partially reveal His will to Moses. Jesus has left only one celebration as a commemoration of His death. He had fulfilled all the other ordinances of Leviticus 23, except the Sabbath. The Sabbath is not tied to any ceremonial ordinance like the other ordinances. Hence, the Sabbath was not fulfilled.

Leviticus 23:1-44 MKJV
(1) And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, (2) Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, The feasts of Jehovah, which you shall proclaim, holy convocations, even these are My appointed feasts.

The 7th day Sabbath

(3) Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, a holy convocation. You shall not do any work. It is a sabbath to Jehovah in all your dwellings.

(4) These are the appointed feasts of Jehovah, holy convocations which you shall proclaim in their appointed seasons.

The 2 Sabbaths of Passover with fire offerings

(5) In the fourteenth day of the first month, between the evenings, is Jehovah's Passover, (6) and on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to Jehovah. You must eat unleavened bread seven days. (7) On the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no work of labor, (8) but you shall offer a fire offering to Jehovah seven days. In the seventh day is a holy convocation. You shall do no work of labor.

Pentecostal day was an annual Sunday Sabbath day because no servile work could be done on that recurring annual Sunday and there was a call for holy convocation on that Sunday.

The Sunday Pentecostal (50th day) Sabbath of the The Firstfruits with lambs as a burnt offering along with food, fire, and drink offerings

(9) And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, (10) Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. (11) And he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah to be received for you. On the next day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. (12) And you shall offer that day when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering to Jehovah. (13) And its food offering shall be two-tenths part of fine flour mixed with oil, a fire offering to Jehovah for a sweet savor. And the drink offering of it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin. (14) And you shall eat neither bread, nor parched grain, nor green ears, until the same day, until you have brought an offering to your God. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. (15) And you shall count to you from the next day after the sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete. (16) To the next day after the seventh sabbath you shall number fifty days. And you shall offer a new food offering to Jehovah. (17) You shall bring out of your homes two wave loaves of two-tenth parts. They shall be of fine flour. They shall be baked with leaven, firstfruits to Jehovah. (18) And you shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bull, and two rams. They shall be for a burnt offering to Jehovah, with their food offering, and their drink offerings, a fire offering of sweet savor to Jehovah. (19) Then you shall sacrifice one he-goat for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings. (20) And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits, a wave offering before Jehovah, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Jehovah for the priest. (21) And you shall proclaim on the same day that it may be a holy convocation to you. You shall do no work of labor. It shall be a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations. (22) And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not completely reap the corner of your field. When you reap the gleaning of your harvest, you shall not gather. You shall leave them to the poor and to the stranger. I am Jehovah your God.

(23) And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

The Memorial Sabbath Day on the 1st of the 7th month with a fire offering

(24) Speak to the sons of Israel saying: In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath, a memorial summons, a holy convocation. (25) You shall do no work of labor but you shall offer a fire offering to Jehovah.

(26) And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

The Sabbath Day of the Day of atonement on the 9th of the 7th month before the 10th. A fire offering.

(27) Also, on the tenth of this seventh month, this is a day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. And you shall afflict your souls and offer a fire offering to Jehovah. (28) And you shall do no work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, in order to make an atonement for you before Jehovah your God. (29) For any soul who is not humbled in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. (30) And any soul who does any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. (31) You shall do no kind of work. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. (32) It shall be to you a sabbath of rest, and you shall humble your souls. In the ninth of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your sabbath.

(33) And Jehovah spoke to Moses saying,

The 2 Sabbath days of the Feast of Tabernacles on the 15th and the 23rd of the 7th month. A fire offering

(34) Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to Jehovah. (35) On the first day shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no work of labor. (36) Seven days you shall offer a fire offering to Jehovah. On the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you. And you shall offer a fire offering to Jehovah. It is a solemn assembly. And you shall do no work of labor.

(37) These are the feasts of Jehovah which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer a fire offering to Jehovah, a burnt offering and a food offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, everything on its day; (38) besides the sabbath of Jehovah, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your free-will offerings which you give to Jehovah.

Feast of booths or Tents: same date as for Tabernacles, 15th of the 7th month.

(39) Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep a feast to Jehovah seven days. On the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath. (40) And you shall take the fruit of majestic trees for yourselves on the first day, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the valley. And you shall rejoice before Jehovah your God seven days. (41) And you shall keep it a feast to Jehovah seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations. You shall keep it in the seventh month. (42) You shall live in booths seven days. All that are born Israelites shall live in booths, (43) so that your generations may know that I made the sons of Israel live in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Jehovah your God.

(44) And Moses declared the feasts of Jehovah to the sons of Israel.

HOW MANY SABBATHS HAVE YOU COUNTED?

I have counted the weekly Sabbath Day where no cooking is allowed, 1 Sunday sabbath day and 6 other sabbath days. There were 8 different sabbath days:7 feasts plus the weekly 7th day Sabbath of YHWH God (Jesus) according to Matthew 12:8.

The Sabbaths of Leviticus 23 were a shadow of things to come

The plural Sabbaths are no longer valid because they were shadow of things come, unlike the singullar Sabbath of Genesis. Is the food that we eat a shadow of things that are a shadow of things to come? How many drinks that God forbid us to drink? Not even alcohol! Thus, does Colossians 2:16-17 concern the diet that God gave us?

Numbers 28:11-15 LEB
11  "'And at the beginning of each of your months, you will present a burnt offering for Yahweh: two bulls and one ram, seven male lambs without defect in their first year;
12  and three-tenths of finely milled flour mixed with oil for a grain offering, for each bull; and two-tenths of finely milled flour mixed with oil for a grain offering for the one ram;
13  and a tenth of finely milled flour mixed with oil as a grain offering for each male lamb, for a burnt offering of a fragrance of appeasement, an offering of fire for Yahweh.
14  Their libations will be half a liquid measure of wine for the bull and a third of a liquid measure of wine for the ram and a fourth of a liquid measure of wine for the male lamb; this is the burnt offering for every month for the months of the year.
15  And one male goat as a sin offering for Yahweh; it will be offered in addition to the continual burnt offering and its libation.
